Company Profile

has been formed to assist Clients, Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Contractors in their endeavor to comply with the OHS Act of 1993 and the Construction Regulations of February 2014. The services offered include managements systems, health & safety audits, advice on legislative issues, risk assessments, procedural documents, safety specification documents and other health & safety policy and procedural planning.

Cosmas Ngoh Eboue is the Director of Encore Safety Management. He is a Health and Safety professional and trainer with civil Engineering background and holds a National Diploma in Safety Management of the University of South Africa (UNISA). He has continued his professional development by completing a diploma in Total Quality Management and certificates courses including , Advanced Samtrac, firefighting , Offshore Survivor , Scaffold Inspector, Safety Practitioner , Risk Assessment and First aid courses .He is a registered Candidate Health & Safety Agent with the SACPCMP and has been in the Construction Industry practicing OH&S for the past 14 years. He is our permit project specialist. Currently he is pursuing a Btech Degree in Safety Management at UNISA. He is a graduate member of the globally recognized Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) of the United Kingdom.

Professional Registration

Cosmas Ngoh Eboue is registered and in Good standing with the SACPCMP (South African Council for Projects and Construction Management Profession) and a graduate member of SAOISH (South African Institute of Occupational Health & Safety).

The transfer of responsibilities imposed by the construction regulations is accepted and understood should
the Client appoint Encore Safety Management in writing as Agent Representative. The responsibility required, to conduct duties under such an appointment is not overlooked or underestimated in any way.
